`dev` => `main` (L22 on very first snippet)
2. Does the tag version number you provided to GitLab API exist on the repo?
You need to push the tag first, see the `postversion` NPM command (3rd snippet)
Finally, try to push commit message as described in the article with description and trailer separated with line breaks.
